She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Tew and Leola Enfinger Tew; her husband Jimmy E. Spivey; and her brother-in-law Donald A. Spivey. She is survived by: her nieces, Robin Register (Troy), Largo and Wendy Hester (Danny); and her sister-in-law Linda R. Spivey. She is also survived by twelve nieces and nephews; numerous other great nieces, nephews, and cousins.
