She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellie Reeves and William H. Reeves; her husband Eugene Spivey; her brothers, Doughty Waters and William Reeves; her son Lamar Kirkland; her grandson Brandon Kirkland; and her great grandchild Loren Spivey.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Katherine Traylor (Kenny) and Bradley Kirkland (Natasha); her sister Mandy Martin (Irby); and her grandchildren, Brandy Cooper (Adam), Emily Johnson (Waylon), Josh Hargadon, Kelsey Traylor (Josh Burbank), Brittney Jordan (Michael), Eric Spivey (Jessica), Erica Averion (Carl), Samantha Hargadon, McKinsey Mulligan, Willow Moore and Nikki Tillery.
