He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermit O'Neal and Lois Flurry O'Neal; his wife Elsie Irena O'Neal; and his sister Linda O'Neal. He is survived by: his children, Phyllis Hall of Dothan, Rena Johnson (Ken) of Destin, FL, Anthony O'Neal (Diane) of Dothan and K. O. O'Neal (Lisa) of Dothan; and his siblings, Ottis O'Neal (Bobbie) and Betty Keane. He is also survived by six grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
