He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Frederick and Miriam Gillum Frederick. He is survived by: his wife Susan Frederick; his children, Michael Frederick (Julie), Sandy Cherry (Brian) and Christina Frederick; his grandchildren, Kari London (Aaron), Graham London and Tanner Beasley; and his siblings, Ray Frederick (Shawn), Richard Frederick (Sharon) and Patricia Conaley (Danny). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
