He is survived by: his mother Mary Matchett Gulsby of Monroeville; his sons, Gerald Ray Gulsby, Jr. of Wetumpka, Dakota Lee Gulsby of Millbrook and Jesse Nathan Gulsby of Wetumpka; and his siblings, David Earl Gulsby of Foley, Mary Ann Lambert (Dana) of Goodway, Ann Brooks Dees (Art) of Franklin and Brenda Salter of Evergreen.
