He was predeceased by: his wife Joy; his parents, Eva Baldwin and Harry Baldwin; and his son Warrant Officer Larry Baldwin. He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Richardson, Terry Richard and Leslie Baxter. He is also survived by five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
