He is survived by: his wife Brenda Lingo Parmer; his children, Sheila Thomley, Wanda Walker (Billy), Lori-Leigh Starling (Carl McGinnis), Randy Parmer of Wildwood, FL, David Jason Riley of Morristown, AZ and Nick Peavy (Paris); his sister Mildred Martin of Panama City, FL; and his grandchildren, Kim Holley, Kerri Sheffield (Stacey), Tiffany Brewington, Sloan Owensby (Taylor), Brock Parmer, Breanna McNair, Gavin McNair and Braylon Starling.
