He was predeceased by: his mother Willie Mae Tiller Jackson; and his brothers, Danny Earl Jackson and James Earl Jackson. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Jackson; his children, James Thomas (Annie), Lasonja Griggs (Derrick), Labresha Griggs (Sammy) and Derrick Griggs; his grandchildren, Kakaja Thomas, Christopher Thomas, Aaliyah Griggs, Morgan Riggins, Deddrick Riggins, Crimson Foster and Chayse Foster; his brothers, Willie Ray Jackson, Stanley Jackson and Robert Jackson; his aunts, Blondell Rivers, Annette and Jeanette; and his goddaughter Lakesha Patten (Christopher). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
