It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Hugh Ward Wheelless Jr. of Dothan, Alabama, who passed away on August 22, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Austin and Hugh Ward Wheelless, Sr.; his sister Patricia Wheelless Paschen; and his niece Jessica Wheelless Knowles. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Parker Wheelless; his sons, Hugh "Trip" Ward Wheelless, III (Michelle), William Hayes Wheelless (Paola) and Christopher Lee; his sister Beverly Wheelless Knowles (Dewayne); his brother-in-law Tommy Parker (Jackie); and his grandchildren, Chase Gilley, Landon Wheelless, Mary Hugh Wheelless, Larissa Wheelless, Colin and Grayson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
It is recommended that all guests wear a mask and social distance.
