He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyrus William Ross and Nora Brown Ross Collins; his brother Cyrus "Bill" Ross, Jr.; his wife Peggy Kite Ross; his daughters, Rhonda Ross McRoy (Mark) and Lori Ross Sherman (Jeff); and his grandchildren, Logan McRoy, Brock McRoy, Carson McRoy and Ryan Miller.
