It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Reed (Dothan, Alabama), born in Mathiston, Mississippi, who passed away on January 31, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Everette Reed and Mary Ann Johnson Reed. He is survived by: his wife Jane Reed; his children, David Reed (Hope) and Amanda Reed Taylor (Brent); his grandchildren, Aliee, Graham, Addison Reed and Reed Taylor; and his sister Lynda Wiggins (Joe).

In lieu of flowers the family request that memorial contributions be made to Respite Care Ministry at FUMC, 1380 W. Main St., Dothan, AL. 36301.
