She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Eugene Dawsey and Daisy Dawsey (Clark); her son William Lewis Boyd; her husbands, Henry J. Pelham and Edward Earl Atwell; and her brothers, Ralph, Bill and Walter "Chunky" Dawsey.
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Hand; her brothers, Charles R. Dawsey (Carol) and David Dawsey; her grandchildren, Crisit Forehand (John) and Mark Cunningham (Shelly); and her great grandchildren, Bailey Freeman, Brandt Cunningham, Camryn Smith and Tyler Smith. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and host of friends.
The family request all attending to wear mask due to Covid-19.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial can be made to Covenant Care or Kindred Hospice in Janie's name.
