She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Milton Holmes of Birmingham; her parents, Idas Christopher Entrekin and Lillie Bell McEver; and her siblings, Pauline, Elizabeth, Edith, Dorothy, Dolores, Idas Christopher Jr., Fred and Charles.
She is survived by: her children, Robert "Buster" Holmes, Jr. (Gina) of Yucaipa, CA, Michael Douglas Holmes of Dothan, Thaddeus Barton Holmes (Donna) of Spanish Fort, AL and Laura Holmes Hambaugh (Robert) of Mentone, AL; her grandchildren, Hilary Holmes Fletcher (Scott) of Duluth, GA, Colton Holmes of Spanish Fort, AL, Jonah Holmes Hambaugh of Dothan and Lucie Fort Hambaugh of Dothan; and her great grandchildren, Ethan Fletcher and Isaac Fletcher of Duluth, GA. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
