She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Jackson and Ida Blanche Bass Seay; her husbands, John Otis "Buddy" Skinner and Robert Calvin Sutherland; her son James Clifford Sutherland; and her brother Jerry Franklin Seay.
She is survived by: her children, MaryAnn Skinner Williams of Dothan, John Robin Skinner (Olga) of Cottonwood and Helen Sutherland Walworth (Billy) of Columbia; her brother Jimmy Rex Seay (Shirley) of Dothan; her grandchildren, Shana Skinner Deyo and Hillary Hall Deal (Rob); and her close friend Sue Roberson. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
