She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Beardslee and Judy Beardslee. She is survived by: her husband Jason; her children, Ryan McCurdy and Dakota Velez; her siblings, Kelly Nicks and Kenneth Nicks; and her grandchildren, Lilly McCurdy and Ethan Velez.
