It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Phillips of Dothan, Alabama, born in Houston, Alabama, who passed away on December 7, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joe Phillips to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fletcher Marvin and Gladys Watford Phillips; and his siblings, Vassie Lou Brock, Oyette Phillips and Nimitz Phillips.
He is survived by: his wife Mildred Hall Phillips of Dothan; his sons, Michael Phillips (Dawn) of Enterprise, Andy Phillips (Tammy) of Dothan and David Phillips (Gloria) of New Braunfels, Texas; his brothers, Wilburn Phillips (Syble) of New Caney and Johnny Phillips (Mary) of Alabaster; and his grandchildren, Jessica, Stephanie, Michael, Anthony, Andrew, Anna, Samantha, Allison and Nicholas. He is also survived by ten great- grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
In order for all to remain safe, all masking and social distancing guidelines will be required for those attending the services.
