He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Berry (Dothan); his son Johnathan Berry (Dothan); his mother Donnie Berry (Dothan); his grandson Jay Berry (Dothan); his brother David Helms; his grandchildren, Ashley Cook, Abbey Koogler, Adrianna Smith, Mackenzie Yarbrough, Laney Dorriety, Emmie Cotton, Truitt Cotton, Porter Miller, Mary Michael Miller, Hank Miller, Anna James Miller and Ben; and his sibling's children, Brooke Hasty, Ashley Burks, Justin Johnson, Chris Metcalf and Skyler Berry.
