He is survived by: his wife Joyce S; his daughter Blair Culver of Orlando, Florida; his sisters, Christine Salter of Dothan, Corrine Salter of Headland and Gwen Underwood; and his sister-in-law Alice Culver. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, other relatives, co-workers.
