He is survived by: his wife Marcia; his daughters, Cammie (Scott) and Nikki (Kevin); his grandchildren, Callie, Morgan and Mallory; his sister Barbara; his sisters-in-law, Karrie (Greg) and Dale; and his nieces, Shannon (Andy) and Misty (Mark).
