He was predeceased by: his parents, John Radney and Ruby Radney; his wife Frances Radney; and his sister Tommie Nell. He is survived by: his children, John G. Radney (Lisa), Lisa Waters (Howard) and Luan Stevens; his grandchildren, Laura Boatright (Luke), Betsy Lester, Logan Richardson (Jon), Hannah Edwards (Kyle), Blake Stevens and Emiley Stevens; and his great grandchildren, Aiden Lester, Ethan Lester, Luke Boatright, Jr. and Ella Frances Edwards.
