She is survived by: her husband Sam Perryman; her children, Tommy Blandenburg (Tiffany), Sam Perryman, Jr. (Kewanna), Dedrick Helms, Latasha Blandenburg (Kenneth Aaron), Joyce Elaine Tillman (Albert), Commaneci Smith, Rosanda Henderson (AJ) and Atica Thomas (Eric); and her siblings, Jimmy Wilburn (Gussie), Frankie Fagan (Isaac), Debbie Boyd, David Carter, Jimmy Carter (Tina) and Gloria Williams (Charles).
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the New Holy Temple Church (818 S State Hwy 103, Slocomb, AL 36375).
