With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Katie Shaw (Dothan, Alabama), born in Eufaula, Alabama, who passed away on May 6, 2020 at the age of 71. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Katie Shaw to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlton Edward Clark and Nancy Loree Braswell Clark; her former husband Charles B. Horton; and her siblings, Kenneth Buck Clark, Linda Smyth and Martha Lou Harrell.
She is survived by: her husband Benny Shaw; her children, Charles Eddie Horton, Gary Dean Horton (Frances), Bradley Stevens Shaw, Adam Lavoyd Shaw, Mary Michelle Price (Christopher) and Stephanie Dawn Register (Louis); and her grandchildren, Kayleigh Horton, Barrett Horton, Mikayla Simmons (Tyler Dudley), Kaden Register, Kaleb Register, Hunter Price, Isabella Shaw, Caleb Shaw, Alexis Shaw and Paisley Wood.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic the family will have a private graveside service Saturday, May 9, 2020 at 10:00 A. M. with Bro. Robert Rhodes officiating and Glover Funeral Home of Eufaula directing.
The family will accept flowers or in lieu of flowers donations can be made for the funeral expense. Donations can be mailed to Glover Funeral Home PO Box 898 Eufaula, AL 36072.
