She was predeceased by: her parents, J. C. Elmore and Augusta Elmore. She is survived by: her husband Mike Axtell; her sons, Michael Axtell (Sarah), Branden Axtell (Stephanie), Philip Axtell (Amber) and Daniel Axtell (Regan); her grandchildren, Alex Axtell, Sydney Axtell, Emmy Axtell, Anderson Axtell and Tori Curtis; her brother Jim Elmore; and her aunts, Ceretha Kent and JoAnn Walden.
Flowers will be accepted, or memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Hospital.
