He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Monroe Earnel Lucas and Lola Lois Bass; his wife Josefa Maria Brenner (Austria); his children, Dan Lucas (Cecelia), Michael Lucas (Lynda) and Juanita Sykes (Steve); and his grandchildren, Dan Lucas (Heidi), Tim Lucas (Ana), Michelle Huck (Jordan), Eric Lucas, Adam Lucas (Laura), Jason Lucas (Alli) and Maria Sykes. He was also cherished by his 9 great-grandchildren.
