He is survived by: his children, Dustin Cornog (Allison), Carter Cornog Kelley, Selena Cornog Kelley and Shelbie Cornog Kelley; his parents, Jerome Cornog and Bonnie Cornog; his siblings, Andrew Cornog (Emi) and Alecia Buono (Frank); his siblings' children, Gabrielle Hildebrand, Julian Cornog, Caithan Cornog, Jaden Buono and Kyle Buono; his wife Tammy Beasley Cornog; and his stepson Devin Lewis. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
