It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Davis (Dothan, Alabama), born in Geneva, Alabama, who passed away on February 5, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wesley Simmons and Genella Simmons (Harris); her husband Robert Lowell Davis; her siblings, Dean Riley, Christine Faulk, Miriam Simmons, Betty Phillips, Delma, Gene, Johnnie and Fonza Simmons; her son-in-law David Wayne Wells; and her grandson Noah Michael Lee.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Lee (Alan), Robin Eckert (Richard), Chris Davis (Lisa), Cliff Davis, Marcus Davis (Suzanne) and Clarke Davis; her siblings, Jerry Simmons, Patricia Cobb, Virginia Buttram, Sherrell Russell, Sue Hutto and Net Simmons; and her grandchildren, Ethan Lee, Ryan, Evan, Maggie, Ashley, Annalisa, Eric, Lane and Emily Davis. She is also survived by many nieces, nephew, friends.
