She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Williams and Malah Rouse Williams; and her husband William "Bill" Raymond Norman, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Jo Barrett (Stephen), Ray Norman (Helene) and Russell Norman (Laura); her grandchildren, Melinda Rainer (David), Ashley Robbins (Chris), Nathaniel Norman (Chelsea) and Hannah Cantore (Jesse); and her great grandchildren, Anthony, Aislinn, Luke, Evangeline Rainer, Samuel, Jocelyn, Caleb Robbins and Emory Cantore. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the International Mission Board.
