She was predeceased by: her husband J. Dan Ward; her brothers, Robert, Jack and Garner Wood; and her grandsons, Russell Vincent Paramore and Christopher David Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, Annette Shute, Yvonne Ferguson (Fred) and Dan Ward (Linda); her siblings, James Bernis Wood and Betty Johnson; her grandchildren, Tommy Peterson (Kerri), Suzy Adams (Daniel), Tara Whaley, Amy Strack (Alexander), Haley Quattlebaum Tew (Michael), Candace Moctezuma (Manuel) and Mischa Ward; her great grandchildren, Trent, Oliver Peterson, Tyler Williams, Daniel, Emily Adams, Chrislyn, Julian Whaley, Hanna, Sean Strack, Dalton, Dylon Quattlebaum, Madison, David Samuel Pattie and Layla Moctezuma; and her great great grandchildren, Rileigh Ward and Emma Williams.
