Gibson.
She is survived by: her husband Charles M. Owens of Dothan; her daughters, Linda Dianne Owens Gibson of Saraland and Mary Virginia Owens Sparks; her son-in-law William C. "Sparky" Sparks Jr. of Gateswood; her siblings, Herbert Waters of Pine Grove, Philena "Doll" Waters Peterson of Bay Minette, Susie Waters Wilder of Fort Morgan and Lavone "Sweet" Waters Hinesley (Howard) of Fort Morgan; her sister-in-law Hazel Owens Cannon of Tavares; her grandchildren, Shelly Sparks Young (Tim) of Irmo, SC, Melanie Sparks Smith (Rod) of Seneca, SC, Michelle Gibson (Eddie) of Citronelle, Rex Gibson Jr. of Louisiana and Scottie Vest (Rochelle) of Oklahoma; her great grandchildren, Raleigh D. Norris of Jacksonville, Rayne W. Norris of Irmo, SC and Charlotte M. Smith of Seneca, SC; and also Stanley. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
