She was predeceased by: her parents, Waldie Monroe DeShazo and Lucy Mae Gilbert DeShazo; and her brother Donald Eugene DeShazo. She is survived by: her husband Lonnie Ray Mitchell of Dothan; her son Michael Ray; her daughter-in-law Chris Mitchell; her daughters, Debra Mitchell Clackley (Vernon) and Sonja Mitchell Jernigan (Earl); her sisters, Jimmie D. Ditty and Maureen D. Nowell; and her sisters-in-law, Eunice Wiggins (Bill) and Clara Mitchell. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
