She is survived by: her husband Jerry Autry Musselwhite; her daughter Sheila Michele Carroll Colley (Philip McArdle) of Dothan; her brothers, Tony Bolton (Beth) of West Hartford and Jerry Bolton (Faith) of Kinsey; her grandchildren, Joshua Adrian Carroll and Sindi Mashell Colley; and her siblings' children, Christopher Bolton (Sara), Sarah Bolton, Noah Bolton, Samuel Bolton and Ahna Bolton.
