She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Clark and Drusie Clark; and her brother Bill Clark, Sr.. She is survived by: her significant other Tawnie; her sons, Robert Kelly, Jr. (Megan) and Frank Kelly (Nikki); her grandchildren, Brandon Kelly and Liberty Kelly; and her niece Debbie Faulk (Moody).
