It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melba Joiner Capps (Dothan, Alabama), who passed away on January 17, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett Joiner and Elsie Storey Joiner. She is survived by: her husband Billy Capps; and her children, Timothy Capps, Beverly Johnson (John) and Charlie Capps. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
