Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Michael Robert Barnett of Dothan, Alabama, born in Greenville, South Carolina, who passed away at the age of 58, on October 11, 2021. He was predeceased by: his sister Jenny Barnett Sculley. He is survived by: his parents, Joe Barnett and Maude Barnett; his wife Carla Barnett of Dothan; his children, Ashley Love of Auburn, AL, Sydney Barnett of Savannah, GA and Josh Barnett (Hannah) of Ozark, AL; his grandchildren, Sam Love and Maverick Barnett; and his sister Becky Barnett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Covenant United Methodist Church, 3610 W. Main St., Dothan, AL 36305, or to Celebrate Recovery at Covenant United Methodist Church.
