She is survived by: her sons, Gary Carter (Linda) and Tommy Carter (Patsy); her grandchildren, Mistel Carter, Tommy Carter (Amanda), Vanessa Carter Pryor (Justin), Mark Carter and Wayne Carter (Samantha); and her siblings, John Dilbeck (Peggy), Jesse Dilbeck (Linda), DeeDee Dilbeck-Kopp and Stella Yeaw. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
