He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Billins and Gussie Mae Billins; and his brother Bobby Billins. He is survived by: his children, Nathaniel M. Billins (Dominique), Marcus L. Billins and Katina Doster (Shawn); his grandchildren, Tyshawn Reynolds, Shawnesha Doster, Jada Doster and Shamya Doster; his great grandchild Si'riyah Doster; and his siblings, James E. Ballins, Frankie Cunningham-Grimsley, Emma Lawrence and Geraldine Billins. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
