He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Howard, Mary Frances Wright and Anna F. Short. He is survived by: his children, Nicholas Carter Short and Emma Caroline Short; his parents, Dale Short and Judy Short; his sister Alison Thomley (Kitt); his grandfather Thomas Edward Short; his sibling's children, Addison Claire and Collins Thomley; and the mother of his children Anna Short. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
