With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patsy Ann Skeen of Dothan, Alabama, born in Highlandville, Missouri, who passed away on April 16, 2021. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Patsy Ann Skeen to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Edmund Winslow and Ina Belle Dye Winslow; and her daughter Andrea Beth Skeen. She is survived by: her husband Vernon Skeen of Dothan; her sons, Reverend Tom Skeen (Jane) of Notasulga and Philip Skeen (Jennifer) of Dothan; and her grandchildren, Cara Hinckley (Patrick), Jennifer Rexer (Theron), Cameron Blondheim (Blaire), Eliana Skeen, Elijah Oliver and Alexis Oliver.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her memory to Mount Carmel United Methodist Church Cemetery Fund, C/O Mrs. Kate Dossett, 165 Private Road 1569, Ozark, Alabama 36360.
