He is survived by: his daughter Celina Starling (Jamey Watkins); his brothers, Kenneth Starling (Debbie) and David Forehand; and his grandchildren, Olivia Scott Watkins, Luke Watkins and Tyler Watkins. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
