He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Woodham and Willie Mae Marshall Woodham; his wife Debbie Grant Woodham; his children, Edward Blake Woodham (Alison), Tracey Woodham Koch (Jeff), Renae Woodham Ward (Andy), Becky Woodham Higginbotham, Mary Ellen Burch Odom (Bobby) and Roseann Burch Givens (Ashley); his grandchildren, Christopher Woodham, Caleb Koch, Taylor Gilpin, Abby Koch, Nate Ward, Faith Ward, Anson Holley (Brittnee), Hunter Odom (Jasmine), Cole Odom and Will Givens; his sisters, Myra Nell Brown, Elnor Black and Joni Merker; and his mother-in-law Mary Grant.
The family is asking that everyone attending the funeral to please wear a mask.
