He is survived by: his children, Mary Elizabeth, Pamela Deloise, Frederick Bernard, Kenya Lashawn, Mary King (John) of Dothan, Ala, Pamela Tharpe of Dothan, Ala, Bernard Faulk (Devon) of Marietta, Kenya Lawrence (Adrian) of Lithonia, Georgia, Johnny Faulk of Lynn Haven and Calvin Smith of Mobile, Ala; his siblings, Florzell, Carzell Faulk and Lora Jean Faulk Speights; his close friends, Betty Griggs and Olivia Lee; and his godson Kalimah Thompson. He is also survived by six grandsons, five granddaughters and eleven great-grandchildren.
