He is survived by: his wife Diane Lowrance of Dothan; his children, Michael Lowrance of Baypoint, CA and Victoria Lowrance of Anchorage; his stepchildren, Susan McKnight (Michael) of Dothan and Allison Crum (Richard) of Dothan; and his sister Beverly VanBibber of Albuquerque.
