He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Grady and Betty Ray Helms Hall; and his brother Ricky Ray Hall. He is survived by: his children, Roger Neil Hall, Jr. of Dothan, Cheri Harvey (Chris) of Dothan and Stephanie Hall of Alpharetta, Georgia; his brother Greg Hall (Kim) of Enterprise; his grandson Brandon Tharp of Dothan; and his cousins, Floyd Petersen of Pensacola and Patricia Williams of Dothan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
