He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynell Leake and Johnnie Mae Montgomery; his grandparents, John Lewis and Alma Montgomery; his siblings, Johnetta Leake Eady, Cairo "Cookie" Montgomery and Michael Leake; and his aunt Annie Lois "Sweetie" Williams.
He is survived by: his siblings, Donald Leake, Debra Leake and Lisa Williams; and his siblings' children, Tammie Potter (Tony), Keri L. Shun Leake, Bianca Hussey, Serone Register, Dion Williams Jr., Michael Cawthon, Elise Coleman and Eli Hilton. He is also survived by great nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
