He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carl Smith and Ruth Casey Smith; his wife Kaye McCord Smith; his children, Rhonda Smith Patten (John) and Mark Smith (Angie); his sister Glenda Smith Bryan; and his granddaughter Chelsey Smith Manring.
