She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Chesnut and Effie Chesnut; her husband Howard Dovre; and her siblings, Edna Moore, Joyce Hasty, Vivian Bingham, Maggie Hatfield, James Chesnut, Dewey Chesnut and Roswell "Buddy" Chesnut.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa McGriff and Keith Dovre (Terri) of Dothan; and her grandchildren, William Dovre of San Antonio, TX, Garrett Dovre of Dothan and Keely McGriff of Dothan.
