She was predeceased by: her husband Joe D. Riser, Sr.; her parents, Eva Carter and Lynwood Carter; her daughter Debra O'lite (Franco); and her siblings, Ruby Vanwyken and Durwood Webb.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Fraley (Wayne) of Dothan, Joe Riser, Jr. of Enterprise, Carol Singletary (Rodger) of Vienna, GA and William Dennis of Charlotte, NC; and her brother Ellis Webb. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren.
