She is survived by: her son Michael Maio; her brother Ronald Chavers; and her grandchildren, Josh Pettingill, Michael Maio Jr., Ashlynn Maio, Rosalia Maio, Sophia Maio and Stacie Maio. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
