He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Wesley Butler Jr. and Dorothy Danford Butler. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Butler; his stepchildren, Tabitha Wright (Keith) and Dennis Phelps (Kasandra) of Dothan; and his sister Dawn Martin. He is also survived by four grandchildren, and many cousins.
