It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Skinner of Dothan, Alabama, who passed away on October 31, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Catherine Carol Messier and Mathias Messier; his wife Sheila Lowe; his daughters, Caitlin Lowe (Kaden Walker) and Theresa Brown; his siblings, John Skinner, Ina Clang, Bessie Paul (David Paul) and Kathy Thibodeau (Peter Thibodeau); and his nephew Jaxson.
